Erin Murray traded in her city girl life as editor of The Daily Candy to get wet up to her hips and shuck oysters with Island Creek Oysters in Duxbury, Massachusetts.  Her first job she said was cleaning oyster poop, but it taught her a lot, lol We love this girl. And we were lucky enough to have her join us in the studio to talk about her new book “Shucked” about her 18 months on an oyster boat. I have my own copy and am loving reading it. Her writing is visceral and she has a way of putting you right there at sea with her.
